5. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.
• Using the Service for fraud, spam, or any unlawful purpose.

All platform content, design, and trademarks are the property of NinhaoManiya unless otherwise stated. Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload.

7. Limitation of Liability

NinhaoManiya is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
